The Galway Races are on the bank holiday weekend and I'm expecting to see lots of hats like this on the front of the Metro and the Herald so thought I'd do one up myself for the blog.

Well the world cup is over so back to the drawing board. I've been making note of everyday scenes that I see that I wish I had a camera for. I'm a crap photographer though so I'm doing pictures of them instead. This was a girl I saw walking her dog in fairview park on the bus into town one day. Hopefully this is the first of many.
